    Hi Brian.
    finally got here !
    Now with the diet and excercise program i hardly have any free time left.
    Decided to join the blogs i like on google follow makes it easyer on me.
    Still not smoking that little demon is still around buti kick him in the butt.lol
    For me it’s harder to stick to a diet then to quit smoking , it’s hard to cook one thing for the wife and kids and another thing for yourself .
    I love to cook and eat and it’s hell .
