Here’s how to cook a Holiday Sweet Potato Casserole that is both light and healthy.

It is a great addition for your Healthy Thanksgiving Celebration.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Large sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 - 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp light brown sugar
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp ginger
  • Ground pepper
  • 1/2 - 1 cup of chopped walnuts
  • Corn olive oil spray
